    Default Sr-71

Saw this the other day, at the Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson. Rumor has it these are not in use but somehow I think there are one or two still flying. 80 thousand feet at mach 3+.

That would be a good ride.

    Love those planes.

I mean really if you think about it... we haven't advanced much beyond those. F these drones. Those were planes of MEN!

You should head to the Udvar-Hazy museum near Dulles airport in Virginia, its off the hook.

There's one in the air museum in Ohio, it's in the presidential, R&D hangars, you have to get a background check to get in. That place is so cool, I walked in 3 different Air Force ones. The plane they carried Kennedy's body in after the assassination is there. I couldn't get a good pic of the SR because there are so many planes and choppers in there and it's so huge. The front end touched the front of the hangar and the rear end touched the other end.
