    Default New toys

So, most of you may know that I already got a new truck.

Its a 2014 Dodge (Duh) Ram 2500 with a Cummins Diesel. The most useful option for this truck is the Fifth Wheel Prep group. All the rails are mounted under the bed directly to the from centered over the axle for the strongest ride. It also has the umbilical electrical connection directly in the bed so the cord doesn't have to dangle across the tailgate. The prep group allows you the freedom to just drop a 5er hitch in the pucks lock them down and your ready to tow.

So, for about the last year I have been looking for a Toy Hauler to put behind my truck. Started getting into some serious looking and comparison shopping mid summer and finally pulled the trigger. I had been warned not to go to General Rv but they had an end of year 2015 Dutchman that had everything, I mean EV-ER-Y-THING that my wife and I were looking to get in it. 1 half bath in the garage no marching through the cabin just to take a piss. 2 a bunk style bed for our son over the garage entrance. 3 A nice large bathroom with a full shower. 4 large RV style fridge (so that when electrical is disconnected, it swaps over to Propane to stay running). 5 Nice sized garage with two beds that lower from the ceiling so that you can sleep more and still have storage for the scoot. 6 Nice Onan Genny for power where ever we are.
About a week before Christmas Martha and I bought our presents to each other.

In the General Rv bay getting prepped and new pin box(trailer part of the hitch)

Walkin it down for the first hook up to the truck.

Nervous Papa getting ready to pull off for the first time with a 5er.

In front of my house where I can't store it till I get a bit more concrete to put it on.

That thing is awesome. A toy hauler would be nice. I've been eyeballing the ones that are more trailer but have fold down bunks and a bathroom. Would be nice for the sleds and other toys.

So how many bikes can you fit?

Great idea. Now you can have your bike and a place to stay while traveling the warmer southern states for the winter. South Florida is super this time of year and Arizona / Nevada are good places to ride. Have fun and send post cards.

The interior is insanely nice!! This is one of the nicest RVs I have ever seen.
