The guy in the Land Rover is a DB. He clearly had some previous issues with cyclists, and it came to a head with this guy. In terms of legality for the cyclist to be where he is, hard to say. It' s the UK, and I don't know the laws there.

Here in the states, cyclists have the same rights, and responsibilities, as motor vehicles. Even if there is a bike path, lane whatever, the cyclist is allowed in the vehicle lane, as far to the right as possible. In the UK, I imagine, that means as far to the left as possible, which appears to be where he was riding.
    My Favorite Rides:
    2016 Ultra Limited
    2010 Ultra Classic
    2003 Dyna SuperGlide
    1967 Bell UH-1 Iroquois(Huey)

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

I agree on this guy over reacting on this for sure. Actually surprised that it didn't get physical with all the verbal shit spewing out of there faces.
It almost looks as if the cyclist may have been to far off the curb causing the Land Rover to move over to far into oncoming traffic. I can see how that would tick him off, but damn!!
