Default I broke down and bought....

I figure for cold weather and rain on trips.

I Have a Harley 3/4 with a face sheild but it looks rather George Jetson like. I think I'll keep it for the kids to use.

It's pin lock ready, and Ive heard great things about how well pin lock prevents fogging, so I guess I will find out. So I broke down and bought this thing in matte black and also bought a clear pin lock insert.

I like my hjc full face for colder weather. I don't have the pin lock version, just the standard with the retractable sunshield. I rarely have fogging issues. The matte black finish is easily scuffed, probably my only complaint abut it. I prefer my half helmet, but for colder weather it definately comes in handy. I have the modular model, and I don't think I could ever go back to a regular full face after owning it.

My next full face will be a replacement for my Nolan modular for a Schuberth modular.

Personally a modular is the only way to go.

Yeah, I probably would have preferred a modular helmet, but of course more money, and frankly I wont be using it very much.

The strange thing is that a modular with a pin lock sheild was still more money, but it seems like a very simple thing to have a pin lock system, it cant be all that much more expensive, but I guess it is...
