Default 12 month vs storage insurance

Most insurance companies just pro-rate their policies to the geographic region of the country we are in, and write the policy for 12 months, knowing you may not ride that entire time.

But sometimes you can still drop your liabilities or raise your deductables to the sky to help offset some costs...

I leave mine normal the entire time... what about you?

For years kept it on all year. This year droped everything but fire and theft because I wont ride in the salt anymore.

Insured year round. If the weathers decent in the winter months I can just go with no worries. I've been getting at least a ride in a month as well.

well my wing is one of the older bikes on the board. its a '93 and i only carry plpd on it cause to most insurance companys it not worth fixing and would be totaled even if i were in a minor accident. plpd for me is about $250 a year
