Default HD Handlebar riser bolt bulletin

I guess my radio showed witness marks from the handlebar clamp bolts rubbing on the case of the radio. Iron Cross Audio from NJ pointed it out and then sent me this bulletin.

I'll be ordering the replacement bolts.

I did this yesterday and here's the pics for results.

The new smaller bolt is on the top while the taller old bolt on the bottom

Notice how the old bolts stick up. Now the bolts closer to the rider or gas tank aren't the ones of concern, why would you only do two and have half allens and half torx...

Here's where the issue is. You can see that the new bolts do sit in the riser clamp much better.

    All done. YAY

How do you play a Certificate of Deposit on one of these things?

Anyway - if I do this, I might as well change to the BatWing Reduced Reach bars at the same time, huh?

Think of a cd as a round flat cassette tape.
