Default Going Back To Albany, NY

June 11th we will again converge on our State Capitol.
Over 10,000 braved the cold last February to oppose The NY Safe Act and we hope that number will double this time.
This time we will be joined by retired law enforcement professionals from across the state.
Our own Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard has teamed up with 3 other County Sheriffs' to join the lawsuit filed by
The New York State Rifle and Pistol Association and has publically gone on the record stating he will not enforce The Safe Act.
On April 17th the Governors own Albany Police Dept. went public opposing The New York Safe Act!
While our Governor has remained defiant as to our opposition 52 of the 62 NY Counties have sent letters of resolution opposing this law.
