    Default Pipe bending

Anyone have a pipe bender? I need to get a rear hoop bent up. The big question is, I don't know if the bend is possible.

It's 25mm OD pipe, whole hoop is about 140mm long. 235mm wide. Here's some shots of what I'm doing.

The idea is to have a loop that follows the seat, over the fender.

If you can't find someone to custom bend one, you can get them for some bikes pre-bent from shops that specialize in cafe bikes. Try Dime City Cycles or a similar shop. Looks like a cool project.

I'm in Lake Orion. I'm talking to Junkyardjon about the possibility of chopping my bike a bit. That's gonna come down to funds, of course. It's not jsut the cost of the work, but also a new tank solution.

1 inch tubing.. i can't bend the bends you want. too many angles and it would be a mofo for me, just being honest. it'll have to be a couple pieces, i don't know anybody with a bender that can get it in one shot. maybe a torch and something to bend it over but it might smash the tubing.

is it to tie the frame together or just for looks? if it's for looks, i might have an idea that'll work lol
