Default A view from my office

Thought I'd share a day at the grind.
Couple shots of the new Comau smart drive 5 axis inter-cooled linear motor machines, these are the first 7 machines that are currently in the united States

Next we have some retooled 3 axis NTC machines

Next is where just 1 team member runs these 16 machines

Hard to tell but this is a robot cell that presses the seat and guides in the cylinder head.

This is the gage that checks the cambores in the cam carrier

Nope, I have an office but I'm never there, always on the floor making the cnc program changes, making sure quality checks are done complete and accurately, and trying to improve the tool life, so the big boys can stay rich.
