    Default WTB: 1970's metric bike

I'm looking for a cheap project. I'm thinking of something like a mid 70's Honda CB750 or so, Yamaha XS650 or so, or a Suzuki GS of sorts. Let me know what you have please.

Where are you? I come across them from time to time. Sounds like you don't have a truck to go fetch em with, tho. I went Kawi because the bad guys in 'Mad Max' all rode KZs. They seem to be cheaper and less common. I love a Yamaha though.

Bob: F.Y.I. May 13th,(Friday 13th), largest rally in Canada over on the shore of Lake Erie. I have never been anywhere that I saw so many old English and Metric bikes at one time, unbelievable, you may want to check it out. We plan on riding over. I've been in touch with Jeff at Rocky's H.D., London and they may be putting on a free breakfast that morning.

They wondered who or what we were, took a look at our license plates shook their heads and went off muttering something about CRAZY YANKS. I think those are the ones you always remember the most.
