    I hear ya. My dad hated bikes, I wasn't allowed near one as a kid. The first thing I did when I turned 18 was buy a bike. Rode it like a fucking idiot, lucky I didn't kill myself on it. Not the right way to learn to ride.

    My kids have gone through a long training course with me, then after they get their license its still a long time before they can ride alone, or after dark or with passengers. Now my dad who is in his sixties is talking about getting a Goldwing, lol, go figure. I hope he does, would be a blast riding with him and my boys.
