Some of you may know me from the xlforums.net a harley sportster based forum....if not my names Joe im 26..i live in southwest lower michigan..Niles area...been riding since i could drive....first bike was a 76 kawasaki kz750...still have it...then i got a 2002 harley sportster...rode that a few years....got hit by a car..totalled the bike...now im riding a 2008 sportster...just got a crf 150f dirtbike a few days ago...to help ease my urge to take the harley offroad....im sure you be seeing alot more of me around the forums...

thanks for the comments guys....the "studs" are actually muzzy broadheads...i cut the post that screw into the arrow off...tapped some threads...and screwed them on with some wingnuts i had to tap thread in as well.....filed the edges a little..to avoid some possible lawsuits...but they shouldnt have been that close to my bike anyways right....

hey gasman...are you on the xlforums theres a couple guys including myself on there and on this forum.....its a sportster/nightster based forum...lots of good info/ performance mods...check it out.... www.xlforum.net (http://www.xlforum.net) i have the same username both places...

That forum is interesting and informative, but it is WAY TOO BIG. There are so many different sections and subsections it's almost impossible to keep up. Example:

You can look for others to ride with in:
Organize a ride-out or find a riding buddy

Or:
North America, subsection Midwest, subsection Michigan

Or:
XLForum Social Groups, subsection Michigan

I pretty much stopped going there for that reason.
