Just think of the amount of exercise one could get with a bike like that. One could work up quite a sweat, unloading that from the back of a SUV.

crazy couple of years - all good
son gets his bachelors degrees from MSU next year...
daughter going to Alabama on scholarship next year...
both talk about getting scooters to get around in crowded environments
seems like a pretty good idea to get rich by providing cheap transportation - IF they can keep the cost down

There are a lot of problems with that bike. Yea - it does have a powerful motor/battery combo, but everything else on that bike is super cheap. It won't hold up well with the loads that will be put on it.

We've sold 3 or 4 of these so far this year:

Much better quality componentry, a more reliable, though not as powerful Yamaha motor, and a company that will still be around in 5 years for support.

pretty cool Al, but a steep price tag.
Looks like you could get 1 for about $2500 ?

I do sell some of the Electra Townie Go! models for about $2500. The off road bikes with mid-drive systems are all right around $3000-$3500 with full suspension ones as much as $5000 or more. All depends on what you want.

They are a blast to ride though. I've had one over 34mph.
