Did my Skully's Air Ride install today with the help of Moe....Thanks again Moe for stopping by to give me a hand. Moe already did this install and there are a few things that Rodney explained to him to do, which helped me out for my install!
I am really happy with this mod!! :rockwoot:looks sweet slammed down!
I didn't get a chance to ride the bike to check it out because it started raining, but listening to how Moe likes his...I think this will be awesome for riding and when the bike is loaded down with camping gear, or riding 2 up!

Here are a few pics that I took.....but looks way better in person :rockout:

The compressor hides nicely behind the saddlebag

Looks cool. What is the overall reason for an air ride system to be installed? Is it to improve riding?

Yep yep! and its a better ride than the stock air shocks, and you can control it on the fly! :rockwoot:

Multiple reasons...

For short people like me, it eases backing up.

Otherwise you can control the ride quality. So if the road is bumpy... keep less air in it and it's soft. Bottom out, add some air, still bottoming out... add more air. Going over a speed bump... pump it up. Parked... slam that shit.

Looks cool Dave! Looking at the air pump that is located just wondering will water be a problem getting into the pump? Been planning on air ride just keep putting it off.

In the pamphlet that comes with the kit, it says that All Components Are Weatherproof....and its also has a life time warranty

Right on Dave, bike looks awesome and functions nicely!! Outside of us having to run up to AutoZone for a couple of longer bolts for the muffler support bracket, install went nice and smooth! Test it out this week if you get a minute. I'm gonna try to get out myself as well.

I want to ride one of your air-equipped bikes to see if I can rid myself of more money

Dave get a chance to compare your new air shocks ride old to new? Can you slam it and still park on the kickstand? You have my vote cleanest bike for 2016!

Thanks man! No I haven't had a chance to ride it with the new air shocks on it...it started to rain, then snow after we did the install. Moe rode his and liked it alot...he has the same exact set up as Me. The 4th pic down that has "slammed all the way down" above the pic, is with the bike on the kickstand with the shocks slammed all the way down....the second pic is aired all the way up...you can see the back tire...and the 4th pic, you cant see the back tire. It looks way better in person

Looks good Dave, I like the clean switch. Your going to love the ride I'm sure, from what every1 has told me. (I don't have air on mine)
