I bought my LED Daymaker Headlight and Spot Lamps the first week of Jan. of 2013. I have noticed that even during the summer weather, I would have condensation in both of my spot lamps...so I called Customer Service at Harley Davidson and talked to a lady there and explained what was going on with them. She had me go to the nearest dealership which is Wolverines HD in Clinton Twp and had one of the service guys look at it to verify the condensation which only took a couple minutes....gave me a reference number to give to them...they called back customer service, then Matt at Wolverines called me back and told me that Harley would warranty my Daymaker Spot Lamps....even though the were out of the 1 year warranty after I bought them a couple years ago! So, I pulled the spot lamps out...drove to Wolverines and exchanged my older version Daymakers for the newer version Daymakers! The newer version has wider LED Bars compared to the older style.
I had to pay $100 for the administration cost....but I didn't have to shell out another 4 hundy, so I was happy! :rockwoot:

$100 administration cost.......
Yeah...but I would rather pay a hundy...than have to shell out 4 hundy....I would have even been good with them paying half....I am happy with them covering most of it except the $100...and I already had these over 2 years....so they were out of warranty

Yeah $100 is a small step, especially if they start getting worse like mine did.

Yea, I suppose the Hundy covered their actual cost of those $400 lights. Certainly better than a kick in the nuts most companies would give.

Yep...and I actually paid $308 with my 20% off and no sales tax...but as I said, better than paying the full price
