Well Nasty picked up this steed a month or so ago...

http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l311/cjclark69/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/11206964_10204157566319464_2841091512408039467_n_z pslx7xgwus.jpg (http://s99.photobucket.com/user/cjclark69/media/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/11206964_10204157566319464_2841091512408039467_n_z pslx7xgwus.jpg.html)

So Nasty put on his new lowers. He installed his HD powered FM ant in his fairing and it works well.

We punched out the exhaust HERE (http://www.twowheelmichigan.com/showthread.php?6621-2015-Harley-Davidson-exhaust-cat-removal)

He picked up his new tour pack from the dealer. Got it mounted... damn I love this blue!
http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l311/cjclark69/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_9989_zps7r5szppr.jpg (http://s99.photobucket.com/user/cjclark69/media/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_9989_zps7r5szppr.jpg.html)

He got the back rest and speaker pods installed on the tour pack.

Then we worked on running the speaker wires to the stereo.

Under the seat...

Pop the outer fairing off and wire it here

http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l311/cjclark69/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_9992_zpsuc5ruc9q.jpg (http://s99.photobucket.com/user/cjclark69/media/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_9992_zpsuc5ruc9q.jpg.html)

And something note worthy. The Shark isn't racist like those batwings with their white speaker "pods".

http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l311/cjclark69/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_9990_zpsbfkecm7o.jpg (http://s99.photobucket.com/user/cjclark69/media/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_9990_zpsbfkecm7o.jpg.html)

He still needs to get the radio re-flashed by the dealer to turn on the rear speakers.

We also figured out a plan to both irritate the dealership parts people, and wire up the tour pack tail lights.

So Nasty got the lighted handlebar controls...

Disassembly is way easier than the old style.

With the front cover off

Then Nasty finally got his new tour pack tail light in stock and here you can see him testing the wiring job.

Bike looks awesome! Fits him well, congrats Nate ! I like those lighted controls a lot. I think there only available for the 14 and up models though.

Stopped by tonight and we got to install the tail light on the tour pack. He had a template made, the tour pack all taped up but didn't have the stones to do it... which I quickly teased him so he did it.

Present big hole for the wiring to the tail light.

8 small screw holes later...

BAM
http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l311/cjclark69/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_0138_zpsjhrz7n3l.jpg (http://s99.photobucket.com/user/cjclark69/media/Lift%20Wrenching/Nate/IMG_0138_zpsjhrz7n3l.jpg.html)

He's waiting on a gromet for the wiring... and he'll be done.

But I told him he needs to get CD LED tail lights and smoked lenses. Then being you need to buy a load equalizer, might as well do the fronts too. So I sent the info for CD stuff... :lmao:

Oh yeah I told him that..

I did learn from CD website... the new 2014+ touring bikes don't need a load equilizer anymore. That's sweet.
