Those are cool! Your bike would really look like plane coming in for a landing with the Daymakers  I like in the vid how they are even brighter than the head light of the bike that they are using!

Ya but.... wires? What if you have lowers with footpegs?

Yeah standard headlight not daymaker.

They want you to fish the wires through the bar. So pegs wouldn't be an issue... you'd probably mount these above the pegs.

Interesting. If I did this I might angle them slightly outward to provide more light in turns.

You may reach a certain point where you may be , lets just say overkill! I'm talking about those of us with the daymaker lights and spots paired with the custom dynamic turns. You don't want anyone having to squint away or worse yet look away from you because your blinding the shit out of them. Just my take on this.... debatable I guess.

$198. I sent them a note asking for their install instructions. Clearly you have to drill the guard, but no BFD.

Works with lowers! Not sure I can fit them on with my peg mounts tho. Hmmmm.....

That is a great idea. I could replace the turn signal lamps with those.

Well, here's the answer, look like they can fit with peg mounds and lowers.]

Yeah there is a thread around here on these... They look nice. I'd definitely fish the wires... not a bad job.

Wouldn't be too bad. But.........Who needs turn signals.

They can be running lights. They come in 3 colors. I think if I do this, I'd point them slightly outward to give me more light in turns.

Been thinking about doin this same thing to the RG... interested if you hear back from them. I'd use the white LED for extra light on top of my daymakers... but wonder what to tie them into, I'd want them on all the time. So maybe running light wires... thoughts?

Other than that decision, easypeasy install.

I did hear from them, you can have pegs and lowers, they will fit.

They are internally wired so you will need to drill 3 holes to mount each light. Two will need to be tapped for the housing screws, the other is for the wiring. You will also need an exit hole in the guard. Most guys put it at the top of the guard by the mounting plate, that puts the wiring in a convenient place to run into the fairing to an accessory switch or back along the frame to an aftermarket switch. There should be a nice hole for the seat warmer switch below the seat. Once you are drilled, tapped and wired… you mount the lens using 100% silicone to make your seal and pop on the housing and screws.
