If I offended anyone by dropping 2,347 consecutive F BOMBS trying to get my outer fairing back on.... I have re-arranged the wires numerous times. Going to take a break before I snap and toss the fairing up in a tree.....

Ahhhhhh feeling better already..... LOL

I speak from experience - it takes practice. Once you've done it 12,854 times like I have, its a piece of cake!

Maybe Klimo needs this as well. It will make the fairing go on easier.

So my wife says, let's go to the garage and I will help you put the fairing on... So we go out there with Rum and Cokes in hand to assist with the job. After a little bit of struggling we get the fairing back on.... THEN I realize I forgot to plug in headlight. LMAO. The second time putting it all together was faster because we figured out the poly fill was what was causing the extra headaches plus an extra set of hands pushing and pulling made all the difference. The fairing is back on! Whew.... Back to the rum and cokes.... Peace out.....

Sometimes it goes on in 3 mins... other times in 33 mins and it still won't line up.

Yeah, what Gas said, we have had both our fairings off in the garage at the same time. Go to put them back on and, mind you, we had at one time the exact same shit inside the fairing, and mine would go on 1, 2, 3 and his would fight us for 35-40 minutes. Sometimes vice-versa. Its all a flip of the coin what your gonna get. More often than not though when they go on easy you probably forgot something.

They are evil, have minds of their own, and conspire against us.
