Doubtful, but you will have to drop more coin.

Show me a euro super sport production vehicle putting out 620+hp.

It all depends on your definition of "euro super car". They are pretty bad ass too - BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche all make pretty respectable vehicles. I think eat them for breakfast is a bit of an overstatement.

Aventador = 700hp: http://www.lamborghini.com/en/models/aventador-lp-700-4/technical-specifications/

918 Spyder = 887hp: http://www.caranddriver.com/news/2015-porsche-918-spyder-production-spec-photos-and-info-news

458 Speciale = 597hp: http://www.caranddriver.com/news/ferrari-458-speciale-photos-and-info-news

SLS AMG GT = 583hp: http://www.roadandtrack.com/go/first-looks/2013-mercedes-benz-sls-amg-gt

M6 = 560hp: http://www.motortrend.com/cars/2013/bmw/m6/specifications/

This year driving the autobahn in Germany I did see quite a few Corvettes. They are definitely well liked in Germany and they are definitely a bad ass car. I even saw a Corvette at the palace in Stuttgart back in April 2011:

and in downtown Stuttgart I saw this:

I'm not sure if you'd classify these cars as "production" vehicles.

At $400K/copy, how many of the Aventador will they sell? I have to believe they are hand built.

The Spyder is north of $800K

All others are less than 620 HP. I'd guess you could get the Vette for less than $150K

I've always said you can't buy a better sports car for the $$$$ then a vette and that's still true however, eating euro super cars for breky, sorry Kosh.

Oh ok you said production vehicle - the Mercedes and BMW are definitely production vehicles and they are near 600hp. Both would give that vette a run for the money (not pricewise but performance wise). And those are USA specs - detuned from the euro specs.

Regardless that new vette is, imo from what I have seen so far, the baddest vette yet. I guess the 14 Stingray is a measly segway to the 15.

I wish I still had my 1990 C4. Roller cam L98, full no cat exhaust, no A.I.R. pump and cold air intake. It really woke it up. It was not as fancy as the new ones, it road rough but it sounded great and could roast the tires. My fucking Ex hated it and would not ride in it but she demanded it in the divorce. Not it sits in my old garage, on 4 flat tires, a dead battery and oil under it. Poor car.

Don't worry Kosher... you're almost old enough to meet the median age of said corvette.
