Hello everyone,

New member from Sterling Heights, just stumbled upon this forum a few days ago and decided to join.

I currently ride a 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300. I've been riding since I turned 18 years old (currently 21).
I started riding on a 2008 ninja 250, after a year on it I ended up lowsiding it in a turn on the streets.
After the crash I sold the ninja and bought a 2005 cbr f4i, rode that for a year, and then heard of the new ninja 300 being released.

Sold the cbr and bought the ninja 300.
Loving the flickability, great fuel economy, and low insurance costs :)

I work part time, and go to school at Macomb Community College. I ride whenever I get the chance, and try to get out to Rochester Hills for some decent riding whenever I can find the time.

Looking forward to possibly finding some more riding buddies and discovering some more twisties (if they're out there).

Welcome to the site. Join us for some rides. They are a bit fewer and farther between right now but this definitely is a riding forum. And as always.....

I do, but the 300 definitely has its own benefits.

Insurance was a bit expensive on the f4i as well.

That's great to hear man. Not to sound overly weird but what were you searching? If you even remember...

We all try very hard to get the site out there, but it's hard to build a local site...

Haha, I don't recall exactly but I think I googled "twisties or best roads in Metro Detroit" and found you guys through some answers on the SBN (SportBike Nation) forum.

Try Lk.Orion Rd. between Rochester and Lk. Orion, Not a High Speed ride but Twisty and Beautifull. Pretty hard to beat Oakland County.
