Well after going for my first snowmobile ride last year I really enjoyed it and decided I wanted my own. So after looking for the past few months and figuring out exactly what I wanted I found the deal the "just felt right". After some texting back and forth I decided to got look at one. I picked it up yesterday and everything checked out. Got it for 3400. Has 6500 miles total 2000 since a rebuild. Came with a few goodies. Got a cover and tunnel bag with it and the PO already did risers and hand guards. Continued on up to Mancelona where Kaley's cabin is to drop it off. After one scare on the high I made it there ok. The flat bed tilt trailer apparently only had a bolt with a nut :wtfru:(not my trailer) in the tilt own which worked its way out. So heading NW on 10 towards 127 the trailer decided to tilt and the ass end of the trailer smacked the ground hard:hss:. Thank god I had the sled strapped down good.Quick roadside repair and I was on my way. I must have brought the snow gods with me because when I got to my destination it started to snow!!! :rockout:

Here are some pics. Got to take it for a ride earlier today and after only riding the older sleds this 800 is awesome. First thing up on the list to do to it is a full pipe then go from there. heres some pics from yesterday.

Its Nice having the cabin to keep it at and go up to and they get all the lake effect snow. The potato field next to it is a lot of fun to ride in and the power lines run right behind the house. The trail is 50 ft from the drive way.

Studs, carbines and maybe skis?

Planned upgrades are... pipe, clutch, syncrodrive belt drive instead of chain, skies and new carbides, some vents to run cooler, pull the foam out of the hood, paint the back part of the seat black. Not doing studs because I wont on any ice and I like whipping the ass end on the trails...let her slide!

Last year I had a panic attack while wearing a full face helmet. I really didnt like that at all. That extra couple inches away from my face helps a lot.

I also prefer a motocross helmet.

Im just not digging the 4stroke in the yammys. I would be all over one if they threw an R1 powerplant in :biggun:
