Hey guys,

The name is Lance, i recently got into streetbikes and have limited buddies to ride with so i thought ide join up here! Ive been a member of Thumpertalk forums for years, my username is avoidthedog.

I raced motocross my whole life and one day i got an offer to trade one of my bikes for an 04 Buell XB12R, so i did it!
Two weeks later and over 1k miles, I AM HOOKED!

I like the Buell a lot although i am definitely used to more snappy and quicker revving motors haha. I would really like to get my hands on a ulysses for trips and keep the 12R for grattan track days.

I am looking to make a trip up 23 passed Tawas and camp out near maybe harrisville campgrounds for the night and keep heading up and wing it the second day, then head home. Ive been up camping that way a couple times and even though it seems like the poor side of the state, it would be an awesome ride in the fall. I also enjoy backpacking so i have all i need to camp out for days in one pack.

Here is my youtube channel, although there is only my motocross videos on it for now
