Hello from Northern Michigan,
I just wanted to throw this out there for anyone that might be interested in a ride Saturday. I am planning on riding down to Mt Pleasant to have lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. I plan to be there at 1:00. I'm riding down from Petoskey and a friend of mine is riding over from Sebawaing. I think I spelled that right, it's in the thumb area. Anyhow I hope to see some of ya get out of the city and head north. 1904 S Mission St Mt Pleasant, MI 48858

It was supposed to storm here today but it's been gorgeous. I hope tomorrow follows suit. I'll be there rain or shine unless it rains so hard there's no visibility. I'm not fond of lack of visibility.

Turned out to be a good day, I didn't see a drop of rain. I left at 10:00 just as the sun was peeking out from behind the clouds. By the time I was on 127 South it was gorgeous. The only bad trhing that happened was I lost one of my sheep skin gloves. I've had them for about 3 years :( Lunch was good and my friend fro Sebawang showed up. He did say he hit about 2 minutes of rain, as he pulled over to put his gear on it stopped.

Maybe next time, I'll keep trying. His M109 was to the left of my bike but he parked facing the wrong way so
I didn't get him in the pic. hehe I don't take pics of bikes from the rear.

If I wasn't going to Peck I would have joined you. Next time. I was the only one who rode to Peck saturday - threat of rain skered em off I reckon. It's michigan - you want the weather? Go outside and if it ain't raining fire it up. If you live here and want to ride then you WILL ride in the rain at some point. If you got a lot of chrome well cry into your crying towel, sell the bike and buy an R1. That's what I would do. 2-3 times washing it a year if I ride 5,000 miles - FTW.
