Caught 4 alligator gar today. Best part was i only used a net lol. Ranged in size between 16" to 25". Could of got more but it was too easy lol. I let them go to grow a little more.

Little perch are biting everything, cept eating my worms for catfish. Next time im gonna make them into chum!!!!! Lol. Im dying for some catfish for some reason.
Anybody use a good catfish bait? Might just use the little perch seeing they swallow the hook and the die anyway.

The mouth.. Is full of needle shaped teeth. Hell yeah their freaky and the scales are like armor. No joke, it's hard as a rock. Look on youtube on how to skin them lol

That's a marine animal. (salt water)

In Michigan, you could catch a Longnose Gar or a Spotted Gar. Nowhere near as big as an Alligator Gar, but still nasty looking

A lot of people call them 'needle nose gar'. We always did.

Alot of people call them gar pike too. One fish, so many names lol
