To me this is simply the beginning of what can be pushed up to us adults.

I for one want my kids to ride young, if so they are inclined.

This law is BS and I for one am sending my representatives my thoughts.

is this real though? The only thing I heard of was a ban on bikes with lead batteries.

This is very real... ask any dealer. No small cc bikes can be sold as kinds may get "lead" poisoning from it... I don't know about you, but when was the last time you saw a kid chewing on his/her bike.

This is big government taking away more of our freedoms and it's pure BS!

Yea Monica's dealer can't even supply parts for these bikes, it's unbelievable! I'm writing my representatives...

well hopefully that doesn't pass. people say that they want less government but why is it we have more. i got the sunL for my nephew just before his 12th birthday and when i was nine my dad got me a blue and white honda z 50 a minitrail ( hard tail ) and all i can say is i'm glad there were not as many bone heads in government then
