thanks guys, havent had a chance to set up my sig pic and all that...25 years old, at 20 bought a 08 street glide and then at 24 let my old man trade my bike in for his 2013 ultra and i took his 08 ultra....we bought both 08s at the same time at cummins harley which has moved to vehicle city harley....i attached 2 pics of my street glide and only 2 pics of my current ultra i had on my phone...one with the OL in a ride last fall and one with my buddy when we left out for nashville last may

Nice scoots. It always amazes me how people can ride long distances with stock Harley touring bars.

You, Gas, and Bagger Dave can form a club. :)

Nice Scoots. Caveman has the exact same Ultra. They made some great improvements in 2008.

love the bike, have a lot of money invested into it...was a shame i couldnt keep the street glide, great bike, but the old lady loved the ultra...didnt get many miles on the street glide like i had hoped, i was in college, but did a few decent trips last year and rode to work a lot, hoping to do 2 or 3 long weekend trips this year, will be tough because i am getting married and have 2 more weddings to go to

Nice Ultra, as Gas said, I have the same one. Love that red color. I have been moding the ride since I bought it. New audio, new V&H true duals, LED lights marker tail and turns, HID headlights, Vstream windscreen, K&N air filter, among some others not remembered at this time.
Want to get the Nasty Baggers shift linkage, and do the Progressive rear suspension. hope to do that in the next year.

Get to it cave... spend that money!

02-12-2013, 02:42 PM
most of that money went to the basement project. Which, I am glad to say, is so near completion its crazy. All moulding is done. Just need to do the touch up painting after nailer holes filled, a second coat on the wall and the ceiling, then hang the TV on the wall. Then its up to the carpet guys to do the flooring and cover the steps down.

You guys might want to trash that K&N filter and look into an Amsoil 100,000 mile filter. K&N fails most tests.
