i've got a powerliteE, a toro 3000E, a 2450E, 3650r, 3650E. i just sold a ccr2000r, 2000e, and 2450r and i'm going to try and sell my craftsman 5.5 / 24. i have too many snowblowers. i don't think a visit to the snowblower dealer would impress you much, anyway you can find a ccr2450 ( 5hp ) or 3650 (6.5hp ) on CL for around $200

02-13-2013, 10:08 AM
i got the 2450e ( 2000 ) and powerliteE ( 1999 ) new from h&r hardware, their out of buisness now. i got the craftsman new in '03, the rest of my snowblowrs are cl finds at a good price. most didn't need anything more than a new set of paddles. i added the electric starter to the 826 cause i wanted it and the 521 needed a carb, found on ebay for $22 with free shipping, it had a missing governer spring and a dirty gas tank. now all are running. i have a couple more toro ccr2000r machines that are being sold soon. heat engineering is very close to my house and has all kinds of mower and snowblower parts. repair clinic is on michigan just west of canton center rd, next building down from where the target store is, they carry alot of snowblower, lawnmower, and appliance parts

Snow blower / lawnmower WTF? Doesn’t the service maintain their equipment themselves? One would thinkthe guy operating the yard and driveway equipment should repair or replace whenthey have issues. DO NOT spend motorcycle money on stupid stuff. Think of howmuch chrome you could purchase with that (snow blower) money.
Just a thought
