Just threw hard lowers on, no more leg bandannas.

Looks good, I'm toying with the idea of the getting the leather covered ones that match the road king classic bags. But I just don't know. I have heated gear but these would still be nice.

Yeah, I've toyed with the idea of buying heated gear, but in Michigan, I dont think it buys you much more riding. Its not the cold that keeps me off the road, its the salt, so often when heated gear would be great, there's a ton of salt on the road.

Looks nice, I'd like to see other angles if you get a chance...

BTW? My wife could use heated gear, 90% of the year....:bash:

Looks good, but I'm a fan of the lowers.

Chain, your wife sounds like mine... but mine don't have heated gear... YET.

I'll snap some more pics this afternoon

IDK, I thought you were becoming a trendsetter with the bandanas.:lmao:

lots of warm weather ahead.. nothing to see here move along

Nice i like them. Ive toyed around with the idea as well. Some days i like the look with them on others i don't.

On another note the new cvo road king has har lowers with speakers and an ipod function. Might be something you could look into now that you have the lowers.

Yeah... Wife's been hitting me up on that! Specially when we hit the UP in fall.

Some more pics. There are a couple of drawbacks to these things - I used to hook my feet between the peg mounting arm and the engine guard, but not any more. Also my engine-guard cup holder is gone, will probably have to get one of those (hideous but functional) magnetic drink holder thingys.

Your wife is to hot looking to get cold.

I have seen Road Kings with lowers before and I think they look cool on them.
Shane, Gerald will have his Dog back this Friday, so I think we will be out riding Saturday, call one of us if things work out for a ride.

Well see what you did, I just had to order mine now. I'll have them next week sometime.

I am surprised how well I like the look of those! Thanks for posting them. DAMN IT! ;)

Gary, did you tell Richie? I don't know what we have planned, I told my dad I'd help him with some projects... thanks for the heads up!

That's awesome. Rarely does Alhall ever need help spending money on his scoot. You stepped up a notch getting him of all people to do that.

They look great man, but I'm bias, I love lowers.

Interesting, I just found these locking covers: http://www.hardbagger.com/cup_holders.html

$ (http://www.hardbagger.com/cup_holders.html)159 vs $199 for Harley locking covers, plus they give you an extra cover with a drink holder and bottle. Only issue is non-matching keys.

Will have to put this one on my list...

Love those Road Kings, on a LowRider now which I like a lot. But a few years from now I hope to have a RK in the garage.
