Wifey and I have been tossing the Idea of selling our condo and getting into a Ranch style house or a Ranch style Condo. Kids are gone so it's just her and I.
Well ...we put the place up for sale about 12 days ago and It sold today!! :hss:

We were not expecting this. Way to fast. We at least thought we would have a month or two or even longer. It's not that it was priced low, it's priced a bit on the higher side. It's great it sold but yah...little nervous since we really never seriously looked at finding another place to live.

Gonna do all the paperwork in the next few days and close by end of May. Hopefully we can find a place we like in a short amount of time. Wifeys interested in finding a house...I'm interested in finding a Garage!!

Forget the garage, thats for cars. Your bike should have its own Bedroom with a TV and a fridge stocked with some ice cold fuel with a shot of Seafoam!!.:tremble:

Wifey and I are moving back downriver. After checking out a couple dozen places we found a nice condo in Brownstown.
Sign the paperwork tomorrow and close the last day of May. We are very happy with the place...lucked up really, almost lost it to another buyer!

Right up the road from you guys, maybe 3-4 miles...West and Telegraph area. Both wifey and I are originally from southgate and lived in Woodhaven from 87-95 ( Sub between Van Horn and Vreeland off Allen) So......kinda feels like were moving back home!

I believe, Gas, you meant to say; Sustain

sus·tain3. to undergo, experience, or suffer (injury, loss, etc.); endure without giving way or yielding

Just sayin:poop:

Things are moving along as planned so far. If everything between the buyer of my place and the place I just bought stay on the projected time line, we should be moving in or at least getting it ready for move in by end of May.
Looking forward to it Bigtime!!
