Its been a while since I followed the Billy blunder but he was facing 15 years in the penn. My guess would be 7 years or less and it already been a few years.

I met him up in Birch run some years back. Cool guy. Dig his old school bikes. but he let the money and partying get to him and made the mistake of driving his truck shitfaced. Killed the DNR guy that was also had been drinking while driving his moped.

The year before I met Billy Lane I met Indian Larry at what was Buds Tavern on Dixie Hwy. Him and Ron Finch rolled in there. One month later Indian larry died doing the stunts he was sort of famous for. Too bad Larry had really turned his life around from a very rockey past. Really one of the good guys....... RIP Larry

Yeah both of those story lines is tragic, one obviously more than the other.

Interesting video. I was a billy fan. Still like his style but it bothers me that hes getting special privileges in prison because of his fame. The common man would still be getting bent over by bubba. But if you have fame and money you get to go to the country club to serve the sentence. Now hes just like Martha Stewart at camp cup cake.

I think his fame has been a double edge sword. I think his fame had him made out to set an example out of.

He's back to work...at a new shop in Orlando called Global Motor Werks. He must return to the Departmentís custody at the end of each workday. He's serving a 6 year term + 3 years of probation.
