LMAO! The more you swear the harder I usually laugh! Man, that's crazy, riding in this shit. Do they make chains for bike tires? I can deal with the cold, but icy roads? Nah. The tires on my bike are shit, so I WAS thinking of spiking em and taking it out onto Anchor bay, they have races on the lake out there. Quite a few bikes too. More a question of money than balls right now, if I trash these tires, I may not be able to afford new ones after.

I've been riding when the temp is 35 or better, (not much), and when it's not icy/snowy out, (also not much lately)

Not much to tell though, and I don't ride far really, just enough to try to satisfy the "jonsin".* :-\

Right. I should probably just polish it instead. Good one.

To be honest, traction has always been the biggest thing for me when it's cold out, say 45 or under. My tires never warm up, at least it's much harder to warm them up, and as a result they remain hard as rocks. I slip and slide thru every turn unless I slow way down, which just isn't my style. I've actually done quite a bit of experimenting with tires, as far as temperature and PSI, and grip once the tires have been properly "warmed up."I found that there are a lot of variables that made me rethink my choice in types of tires. Guess that's a different thread tho.

Man it has been some good riding weather other than the snow days with the rain and slush, it really hasn't been to cold.......but it's coming now.* Tires does make a difference esp when you have to watch out for those that can't drive in this weather or any weather.

I rode last year whenever the temp was over 30, but so far this year my mangina has been flaring up and the bike hasn't moved.

We have to get that man on this site... I want to shake his hand.

That is awesome! I'd be scared of the salt, debris and ice on the road. If I could, I'd ride as long as those three things were not present.

I hope he doesn't wear his crotchless pants when he's riding that wing in this cold! He'd freeze dry his nuts! Of course it IS a goldwing, they probably have crotch heaters. They call em testicular incubation aparatuses or somethin.
