This was a lake we rode by when we left Deal's Gap.
Not sure how the fog formed. It was mid afternoon, sunny and warm.

Had a great trip. Went a little over 2K miles in 5 days. And yes, Earl was able to put up with me even with my bad jokes. Oh, and did I mention we ran into some rain.............

Thanks Bob.

Al, this thing handles like a sport bike compared to my 05.
50 pounds heavier but feels 100 pounds lighter.
And yes, its a rolling couch. Just set the cruise and go............................2K miles in 5 days

One question: Why is everyone in the pics so damned ugly?

Great pics Don, glad to the big road king hangin some twisties.

By the looks of the last pic, It doesn't handle the twisties to well. This is why I don't go down there.

I ran through that fog, but it was 10 o'clock at night 14 hours in the saddle after a detour to follow the chopper to the hospital. First time on a road like 28 and had to do it blind! We set a new LSR (low speed record) up to the Gap. I like 28 more than 129.
