can someone explain this to me? how do you transport it?

Same way you'd transport it concealed, in a holster. Only difference is whether people can see it or not.

BUT...I don't think OC applies in a motor vehicle. If you don't have a CPL it has to be locked away and out of reach. Could be wrong on that, but I'd double check.

My suggestion would be to get a CPL so that you won't have any issues

You need a CPL to carry, open or concealed, on a motorcycle. And I believe if it is in a car it is considered "concealed" by the nature of the metal, glass and plastic structure around you. Better to just get a CPL and not play with fire cuz you might get shot (and then burned).
