This one came to me 2 days ago, below isn't the seat but has the contour of what it was when it came in, note the front section

Then we stripped her down, took the saw and grinder to her, added a bunch of foam and glue, ahhh the fumes, to get to the contour the customer wanted, and this is what we ended up with today. 2 inches wider in front

Hey seat im gunna be hitting you up this weekend to talk about getting my seat done. Ive been putting it off to long and my but is gunna need something nice for the longer rides...thats a great job you did on that one man keep up the good work.

This is just a high density foam that pretty much matches what is on the seat already. I basically slice off slabs of foam off a block, glue it to the pad and form it, then repeat if necessary.
