Looks great. What made you want to change colors? Did you paint your original stuff or buy 2nd set?

Ya know G, after about a month I just didn't like the red anymore, it's funny because I really liked it when I bought it.( my 3rd red bike)
I had every intention of blacking out the chrome and after seeing some other bikes with that combo, it just was not working for me. This is very shelby cobra even though it's a nissan interior color. I must come up with some sort of tank badge and I wanted to get it back together before I gave that anymore thought. Still waiting on bar end mirrors and have to mount the front signals. Yes I did paint the oem stuff.

I'm diggint it blacked out, and yea it woudl not have looked as good blacked out with teh red base in my opinion...

I'm a little biased though, my bike is black and blue too...

Bike looks alot better without that weird rear fender.

They always look like a govt. mandated afterthought.

Looks great.

When you decided to do the rims/hubs. Make sure you have somebody check them for trueness. "The Shop" in brownstown can do it. Further, Jeff's been doing a good job with all my powder needs.
