I may be getting a Two Brothers slip on for the er6n, its the black(carbon fiber) M2 setup, for $262 shipped, guy said he used it once for a test ride, it is slightly scratched on the tip of the housing, but nothing I cant touch up or put some paint on....

Thoughts?

Don't believe the "only used for a test ride" line. It's BS and that's why the tip is scratched.

What's the new retail price?

Well, best I can find new with free shipping is $365 on ebay... most places are around $400...

worst that can happen is I have to re-pack it...

well I ended up buying the slip on, from the sounds of it, he layed the bike down, my guess is he totaled the bike and hes selling off the parts that he can...
Either way, I'll touch up the edge, and have a very inexpensive 2bros m2 CF slip on =)

Cant wait to rid myself of the stock, relatively stupid looking muffler.

OH for sure...
You should get some before and after video (sound clips).

I'll try, I dont know how good my camera will be at capturing the sounds, there are a couple good vids on you tube of the 2brothers install on a er6n.

I got a short vid of the before... I have the exhaust on, but I think the person I bought it from is not quite all there... I dunno, still missing the correct bracket, so I'm going to fab one up tomorrow.

You might even be able to cut the damaged part out and make the can shorter if you wanted to go that route.
