Jan 20th at New York IMS

"Victory Motorcycles. The company is about to release its first 2012 model during an event in New-York City on January 20th. Victory tells me that this new exciting model will position them in a new category of style and performance. Can you guess? In addition to the stock model, Victory executives will reveal a custom version, built by Roland Sands."

Rumor has it that it will resemble their concept bike from a year or two ago but with a swingarm

I looked at the picture and before reading the post was gunna say looks like it's styled after an RSD bike.

Great another victory that has a gutless 106" and the most irritating whiney trans I've ever rode. All from a company that htinks it's OK to leave hand controls with buttons that don't do anything on your model. YEA!

Unfortunetly it won't look anything like that. A rear suspension will change the look completely, they'll put a much bigger seat, front fender, big tail light and turnsignals, the tank will be bigger to hold more than 2gal, a legal headlight, and a huge muffler somewhere to meet the regulations.

Looks like a frame mounted rear fender too. I HATE frame mounted real fenders on a bobber, unless it's a hard tail. No reason that fender can't be mounted to the swing arm. Looks so much cleaner and the fender can really hug that tire. Kawi did it with their Drifter and Harley with the Rocker. Looks so much nicer.

It's typical Victory.

However, it has a nice price point. I wonder how cheap it will feel due to that.

No, dirty watched it on polaris' website.

Give me a can of flat black paint and 30 minutes in the garage and I can turn my bike into a f'in 'high-ball'. I was hopin for somethimg more along the lines of the images below. Like bob said, that frame mounted fender has to go...

It's typicall Victory. Cheap out. They're more interested in price cutting HD then making some of quality and forethough.

I like it. Not a bobber, but nice looking.

I like it but wouldn't call it a bobber either. Looks like a Vegas with fat front tire, white walls and high bars. Nothing like the concept.
