so nothing terribly exciting but I'm excited...

Got a new motor mount from ZIV hopefully he doesn't mind me using this image (helps clean up the area where the AIS used to be):

Got cruise control from ZIV (haven't installed yet).

And yesterday and today I was installing GAK (Gonzo Air Kit), rejetting and switching all the fasteners on the outside of the carbs with stainless steel ones which I all got from ZIV. Besides the power increase I should hopefully get, I'm very pumped to get rid of this ugly air cleaner assembly!!!

after (the hoses hanging down in the middle are not there anymore I just hadn't hooked them up):

anyone else do anything to their bikes this winter?

It's a little early in the winter for some of us, still riding though. Good look to your bike.

all i plan on this year is putting my fork boots on and maybe painting the lowers....looking good but i think i might have liked it with the air cleaner better jmho

My bike will remain shizless this year. Nothing I really want to do right now, but I'm sure something will come along.

yeah I know it is pretty early in the winter season but I was itching to do something to the motorcycle since I'm not riding it.

I got a few other things I want to do this winter, but I'm not sure I will get around to them.

Thanks for the comments.
