Where are you guys getting your batteries from? Right now it's looking like NAPA has the best deal for the FZ1 locally but just wondering if I'm looking at all the right places. I've checked CarQuest, NAPA, Tractor Trailer Supply and Advanced Auto.

Yeah, they said they could order then for me but when they looked it up in their computer they did not have one listed for my bike. They told me if i bring the old one in they could probably find one. I'll probably just deal with NAPA sionce they have them in stock at the one on Eureka Rd.

Those are all great places for batteries for your mower. Not sure about your bike.

Ok but the website doesn't tell you which of the 3 listed for my model are the proper one. 1 of 3 is top mount only and another is "Does not meet Harley-Davidson OEM specifications"

And how much off the HD price?

Saved 40 bucks on the last one I bought.

Gotta check with distributer on prices, dunno your application.

Mine took a full charge today. I plugged the trickle charger in and after work it was fully charged. Maybe I did not have a good connection on it the last time I tried.

my old battery used to do that charged it up worked fine had full charge then a week later if it was cold out and the bike didn't start on the first push the second time i hit the starter i would hear the battery struggling to give up some juice so i just bought a new one and havent had any problems the past 2 years with it.

I think mine's on its last leg. I tried to start the bike today and the battery was only good for about 3 tries before it was totally dead. I'll probably yank mine and try and get one from NAPA or Advance Auto this weekend.
