Clearly a Rocker. He needs to add the little fairing to be a Mod.

Congrats, it is a remarkable set of wheels, don't think I could handle the clip-ons for to long. Had the chance to ride my buddies '02 Bonneville and was amazed. Smooth, nimble, responsive, maybe H.D. needs to look at some of their competition? No, what was I thinking!

No clip ons on this bike, seating is very standard.

It's NOTHING like the Fazer, shortcommings everywhere but, I can't tell you how much fun it is to ride. Truth is, if I would have kept the Fizzy, it would have been lucky to see 1K miles a year. I wake up everyday thinking about riding it.

EEEEWWWW!!!!!

And you wanted me to ride your new bike? You're gonna have to sanitize the grips before I do. Or maybe I'll bring some latex gloves.

So, I'm around 4 weeks in and around 1400 miles, no overnighters just a couple of day trips and around the house. I LOVE this bike, I have never felt more comfortable on any other bike. As you can imagine, other then seating position, it is nothing like the FZ. As a matter of fact it has a basket full of shortcommings, but, I can't stop grinning when I ride it. Don't get me wrong, it stops ok, the motor won't scare you but power is there. There is NO storage, even need an allen wrench to remove the seat. (quick release screws on the way) With a tailbag you would have to lose the seat cowling.

The days of spotting a LEO and checking your speed are over, everytime I do, I'm 5 miles under the limit.:D I swear this bike is faster through the twisties then the fazer, I know it's not but, it feels like it is. It inspires a certain confidence. And how this bike is 50 lbs heavier then my FZ I have no idea, it feels 75 lbs lighter.

All in all I'm really pleased with my purchase. The mods have begun, with a bafflectomy and cat gut that came out WAY better then I imagined. Fender eilim is on the way and thinking of coating the cans, shocks....springs up front and......, pics to come.

Riding behind him I feel like I'm surfing along in a vapor trail of coolness. I swear it even leaves a faint scent of English flowers, but it could be Bill's new Triumph cologne.
