Saw a HD touring bag on CL today a few towns over. Perfect chance to get the bike out for a rare after work putt and check it out. Guy bought an '06 Ultra and didn't need it anymore. Excellent condition, perfect fit on my backrest, $40. HD gets $230 for it new.

What hardware you need to mount?

Your RK have the mounting tabs on it already?

Black. It has a pocket that fits the wide touring sissy bar backrest. Straps are in the bottom of the pocket, can mount on a luggage rack or passenger pillion. When mounted on the pillion it's deep enough to be a back rest. Semi-rigid so it holds it's shape. I was able to roll it up just enough to get it in my bag but it won't collapse all the way. No extra hardware needed. I do need a luggage rack if it's me and the wife, but nothing extra if it's just me.

I'm sorry I was thinking tourpack... think like ultra trunk... saw that you said bag I just missed that.

Yeah, I doubt I'd find a tourpack for $40.

I was definitely looking for a tourpack, but after thinking more I figured we probably wouldn't use the trunk enough to warrant the $1k + for the socking kit, backrest, etc etc. I'd like cruise control, and a tour pack, and a fairing. If I do all that I could just get an Ultra.
