I figured it was about time someone from the 'chrome' side of the tracks posted to counteract all you 'blackout' guys!

Picked this stuff up yesterday. As soon as it warms up a bit today I'm going to get my new lift assembled then have some fun. Well, ok, assembling the lift will be fun too.

Got it all at Biker Bob's. Went last Sunday, but they only had about 1/3 of it in stock so they had to order. The rest came in yesterday, not too shabby.

What it all is:

Running board inserts, brake pedal, and shift peg.
Passenger running board pan covers.
Recessed light trim rings for headlight, passing lamps, and turn signals (front and rear).
A shaft cover to trim up the shaft when I remove the heel shifter.
Front fork wind deflectors.
'Laced Leather' grips. (really rubber, but they did a nice job, it looks real).

If I can remember I'll do some before and after shots, but not too many, I don't want anyone to confuse me with GasMan! :D

Got everything on but the grips. Had to move the passing lamps forward so the wind deflectors would clear, got one done and said enough, I'll do the other one and the grips tomorrow.

Left side pics are all 'befores'.

It floats. Very comfortable. I can barrel over RR tracks with mama on the back and it just does it, no bottoming, no nothing.

One of my new purchases was a pump for the air shocks. I have no idea how much is in them now, bought the bike used and been ridin' it as is. So far it's been fine solo or with a passenger. It'll tell me how much is in them once I connect it.

Got the other passing lamp moved forward and the grips installed. First time I ever messed with a dual cable throttle, what a pain in the ass. I'll post a pic later.

Here are the grips. Put the battery in to make sure everything still worked, one crank and it fired right up. Cool.
