Harbor Freight, the purveyor of all things cheap, has their $100 bike lift on sale for $60 with a coupon. I've been watching CL for a decent deal on a used one, the cheapest I saw was a Craftsman for $75 and an A/C Delco for $70, both are identical to the HF, just painted a different color.

Saw a few reviews on the Craftsman, people were complaining about the hydraulics leaking. Since they're obviously made in the same factory I bought the 2 year no questions asked replacement warranty for $10. So, I ended up with a brand new unit and 2-year warranty for $70. Not bad.

The flip side is it's kind of disgusting what Crafstman has become, the name used to mean something. BTW, Sears regular price is $120, and A/C Delco gets $129. Again, they look to be absolutely identical in constrution and features.

Also, HF has a fuel transfer pump on sale for $6, no coupon necessary. It does double duty as an air pump too, comes with a bunch of hoses and fittings.

Here's the transfer pump:

Funny, the catalog listing says 'no flammable or caustic liquids', but the pump itself and instruction manual say it's for siphoning gas. Not sure how much air pressure it'll deliver, probably about 10lbs max, but that and a tire plug kit may get you to a gas station.

Not sure if they'll honor it withut a coupon, it came on one of their monthly sales flyers. Wouldn't hurt to try.

Here's a link to the lift, the sale price is $59.99.

Crap. She didn't take the coupon, just scanned the bar code. I was going to copy and post it so you guys could print it out, But it says right on the coupon 'no copies', so no point.

Anyone who isn't signed up with them, you should. I don't buy much but sometimes a good deal comes across.

They send out coupons via email regularly, and every once in a while you'll get one for 20% off anything in the store.

The sale is good until March 25th, so if youre interested I'd give them a shout.
